I had to return my new Drenalin Mathews because the camo was flaking off of the riser. I e-mailed them yesterday at 4:00 p.m. EST and received a response assuring me that once he got the bow it would be a 24 hour turn around time to fix it and get it shipped back to me. You can't beat service like that.

Well I get into work this morning and checked my e-mail and there was one from Mike Olson at Mathews. He received my bow yesterday, replaced the riser and put it back on the UPS truck yesterday. You can't beat service like that.:D

That is pretty impressive..... I bought my Girlfriend a trykon sport from hoyt back in december and they said that are not going to start shipping out until feb. 1... she is a little more than pissed right now... She almost started crying when the pro shop told her that. I feel bad but it should be quick to come... what can you do

thats why they have such great customer service, to make up for the quality of there product, I believe Chris Farley said it best in tommy boy "I can sh*t in a box and mark it guaranteed, if thats what you want"

Sounds like someone is jealous! If I wanted to be a jerk I could pull up many different threads about Hoyt bows having problems too. Ialso recall several that people were very mad at the customer service that Hoyt offered. Being honest all of the major bow companies have there lemons from time to time.Try as hard as the may they can'tbuild that many bows and not have one or two go out the door flawed.

Alright guys, dont argue. We all know that Hoyts blow, Mathews suck, Bowtechs are pieces of junk and Ross' are horrible...pretty much every bow out there is JUNK! They are just out to skam you out of your money!:D;)

Its funny how you Mathews guys are so touchy. I shoot a bowtech too so my screen name says nada. I'm not predudice against any bow makers. Just the guys who shoot Mathews are pretty arrogant most of the time.

OK HOYT shooters unite lol j/k they are pretty arrogant arent they, we (hoyt shooters) cant help it that as soon as they recieve there new bows it also comes with the chip for there shoulders, heck thats probably why they charge that extra hundred or so, its for the chip.......

And you said Mathews are arrogant? Look at your post. I am not a huge fan of any company. I shoot them all and then make my choice. I shoot a Mathews and Bowtech. May have a Ross in the arsenal in a month or so. I personally haven't found a Hoyt that felt good to me. Personally I don't like the looks of split limbs but it doesn't mean that Hoyt doesn't make a good/great bow.
