ORIGINAL: Germ yes, if you come between him and his doe's during the rut your going to find out what a good buddy this deer can be.[8D] The gentleman was older man and was killed by "like pet" deer in NY it was not in a deer farm. Not sayingI am right or you guys are wrong. We should always remember these deer are wild animals. Great pics he is a dandy I agree that they are all still wild (some just more then others) and definately all dangerous in the wrong situation. I can't remember if it was last year or the year before that when I saw probably the wildest rut activity ever take place in my yard......it was a wild........and I stayed a healthy distance away that day for sure. |

Some of you guys may remember this picture..........now that I trace the timeline back I believe this buck is one of these fawns. I may be mistaken though.
