Rage Broadheads whistling in flight

I have shot some Rage broadheads and they seem very loud in flight. I shot both the two and three blades. I thought they may be too loud and an animal may jump the string at longer distances. I have only shot them at targets. Of the hunters who shot them at game, how many of the animals heard it coming and if they did, what happened?

I shot quitea few deer this year with the 2 blades and none of them heard it coming. The first one I shot was at 43 yards and he got pinwheeled and it almost cut his heart in half.
