New Pack Company...looks awesome

Hey guys, I just caught this on AT. There is a new pack company called Timber Hawk. By the looks of them, they are VERY nice packs. Lots of seperate pockets and many, many features. Not too bad of price either.

They look pretty sweet, I think the Killshot looks very similar to the Badlands 2200. Anyone agree?

Yes.

I was going to pick up a 2200 this summer, but I may try the Killshot out instead.

I think I just heard my wallet groan.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The only thing I'm unsure about, is I wish the side pockets on the killshot were contained a little better.

Any idea how much they weigh?

Very good find Muzzyman

Well shoot, while I'm at it why don't I go ahead and send you two?

That way you have a backup.

:D

Washingtonhunter, I know what you mean man. I will probably "have" to have one of these. I really like the looks of the Rutbuster for a treestand pack. They appear to be well thought out packs. Hopefully, the craftsmanship matches the initial appearance of the design. I have talked to one the people from there since finding this. They're offereing a 20% to AT members. So....if you are interested in one and want a discount go get an account over on the zoo board.

The pack I use is very quiet, tough and 2300. When I bought it, it was 60, now 20 bucks plus shipping. Bought a huge fanny this year for less. Very happy with both. I have no reason or desire to spend 155.
