If I took that shot.....and posted it, here.....I'd be crucified.

If the guy that won the 3D worlds took it......he would, too.

I fell that both he and I would deserve it.

I'm entitled.

but the point is you know right from wrong and wouldn't attempt a shot like that which makes you a better sportsman. Everyone makes mistakes or bad decisions but for people on that board to applaud his shot makes other first time bowhunters think it is ok to shoot deer in the rear ends.

I would not tell the guy great shot, but remember we were not in the tree with him. Calling the guy an idiot and he is stupid may drive off some first year hunters off,I know you did not do, but sometime people take it that way.

What are you doing on the mathews site? I thought you were a bowtech man, ooh that's right their site "blows up" all the time;)

I would NEVER take that shot on purpose! [:@]Unfortunately, there will be a few lost deer before that hunter realizes he just got plain lucky.[&o]

After reading the posts, yes I would take that shot. No doubt it was a quartering away shot, highly desirable. Perhaps point of impact was only off a few inches, still got job done. Yes, some meat spoilage, I can live with that on a nice big doe, especially if it's a clean kill and speedy recovery.
