I think i should join the WHA, cause i'd be great at catch and release.

after countless days in the woods i finally got a shot at a nice buck tonight, and somehow i missed. He picked me up right at then end of my draw cycle and was starring at me as i shot, and he ducked to run, causing my arrow to go right over his back. I also think my arrow may have bumped a limb, but it was a shot i shoulda made. Im pretty disapointed in myself... Hunting probably 45+ days this year, and this is all i get in return.

As i continue to search for excueses im gonna throw some blame on Mobowhunter and Rick James for starting the 5spot league, I may have shot to much this morning and been to fatigued to make a good shot.. [8D][8D]

Heres a pic of the deer i missed, he's the bigger 8:

Anything I can do, don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help!

Don't be too hard on yourself...You were shooting at an alert deer....I would have been surprised if he DIDN'T jump the string.

Hey Eddie, you sound upbeat and humorous over the incident, that's positive. It's still and incredible encounter.
