Hmmm, whats the 1st most popular state? Maybe Wisconsin or Michigan? I would say that Illinois is 1st most popular state for trophy bucks, but maybe Wi. or Mi. sells more liscences? Anyone know which state sell the most non-resident tags? Oh and I forgot Pa., maybe theyre the 1st most popular state.
