3" rain
 

I finally get a day where I have NOTHING planned for me;)and we are expecting 3"'s of rain tomorrow.What happened to snow?


What are the odds I am getting out of bed in the morning and going hunting.Wife is betting against it.


Oh yeah,I've had about6 beers already.[:-]


Stand is hung in a new spot and saw 10 deer tuesaday out of it,not the big 1 I am looking for.BUT 3" IN ONE DAY.

Looks like I am getting wet.[:o]

Not concerned about the feathers,I use mechanicals and hairspray(on feathers).[8D]

Your in Henderson Ky. Im in southern Indiana, you are supposed to get three inches of rain tommorrow. SO!!, that means i probably will to [:o]Got an extra beer or two.:)

Brother, I feel your pain! I had a trip planned this weekend as well. This morning my boss tells me I have to work Saturday, so I cancel my plans. Then, 10 minutes before the day is over, he tells me we AREN'T working Saturday, so I reschedule the plan. Then I look at the weather......Uhhhhh.....I'm stayin RIGHT here....[&o][&:]

Come on over,just bought an extra 18 pack for new years.:DOn top of what I already had.

My wife just walked in and told me that through out the day,3" of rain is expected.


Of course,she has been known to be mistaken,they could have meant next saturday.[8D]

Suppossed to rain all weekend here too. Temps in the 50's. It sucks. We even rode the Harley today. I am still going to try still hunting with a ghilley on as I want to score another nice buck before the 10th with my bow. Good luck to you.

Yep it was supposed to be raining here too so I slept in this morning. It hasn't rained yet, I should have gone out huntin. Maybe this afternoon if it isn't pouring. I found a trail leading to a wheat field last weekend that looks promising.

If I could be wrong at my job as much as the weather people (who get paid a lot more than me) and still have a job that would be great.

Weathermen and baseball players, get it right 3 out of ten times and make millions. Doesn't make sense.

I have 3 days off and its rained 4 to 5 inches at the camp , an still raining.I am on call startingnext weekend for one week 24/7. I have visions of the two nice bucks I saw during the season walking by my stand, and here I sit typing!

Hasn't rained here yet but they say it is coming.It will probably start about the time I get settled in for the evening hunt.:eek:

Are you by any chance hunting near Peabody (White City)? I hunt a river bottom off of HW 70 there. 3'' of rain there will put the place under water.
