RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
ORIGINAL: atlasman ORIGINAL: Rob/PA Bowyer It's simple. It a club Take it for what it is if you don't like it, don't enter and belong quit belly aching that someone else wants to. Good thing I bought my way into the NWTF, NRA, UBP etc..etc... To say someone bought their way into the P&Y Club is absurd |
RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
I really don't care what is done with the scoring......Raise it. Lower it. Get rid of it all together. I have never really given it much thought until now.
Many of the "clubs" that I am familiar with take the dues or entry fees and use them to forward a common cause as in the NRA for example. For those of you that enter your deer into"the book" Why do you do it, and what is the benefit? |
RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
That book is full of false entries. (and that's no insult to the book........just human nature). Right Atlas? Human nature! Jeff |

RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
ORIGINAL: GregH Atlas, I should feel really silly as I've "bought" my way into the club seven times. And actually joined once. Respect! |
RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?

I'm bettingit would have a seriously different tone. Jeff |

RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
I will enter a deer if it is the No typical bow kill for MI. The 1 and only reason is because Mitch Rompala holds the record to date with a buck he shot in 1985. There is my reason:) I am interested more in why the guy who puts the 140'' typical buck in every other year. |
RE: Time to raise score to qualify for P&Y?
I am an active member of P&Y and I see no reason to change the entry scores...... If killing a 125 inch buck is to easy for you up the anty and shoot for the stars.... You never know what kind of buck you'll end up with...
