The Better Business Bureau may not get you your $10 or extra parts, but it will get there attention. I had ABC Whearhouse literly scream at me for turning them in!!! LOL
I will not buy anything that requires a rebate. I would rather pay full price for the other brand that is not trying to scam money out of me.

OK, I have one final update on the Summit Skin. I received an email today about the.....Well read it for yourself.
Sorry about that. We do have the final version spec'd out and we did
receive our material last month. The new supplier has the cutting dies and
is producing sets as far as I know. I expect we will start shipping within
the next week or so.
Again, I do apologize about the extended delay - Thanks for being patient,

We are scheduled to receive the new material in on 12/7 and turn around
should only take a few days. Shipments will start soon after that. We hope
to have it to you before Christmas but that will depend on the timing and
how badly UPS gets backed up during the holidays.
I do apologize for the continued delay in getting the product shipped.
Maybe it's just me, but this is BS. It doesn't seem like they know what the heck is going on. I'm just sick of it. Well like I said I won't buy another one of their products no matter how good they are. I hate getting the runaround. Some of you wanted to know how things turned out so this was the latest update.
