240" non-typical taken in Pike Co., Illinois
 

I forgot to bring the article home, but on november 10th, 2002 a 16 year old bowhunter from near Pittsfield, Illinois shot a 20 point non-typical that green scored 240". One of you Illinois guys should be able to find a picture of it. If not, I am going back out for another week soon, and I will remember to bring a picture back this time.

I hunted pike co. a couple of years ago and killed a nice 140 class. I knew there were some real nice bucks there as I seen 2 180's. I would love to see the pic's

WOW! That buck's got enough antlers for 3 deer! Good grief! Tell him congratulations for me. He's going to have to raise the ceiling in his house to hang that one on the wall! LOL

I saw that buck in the kids pickup in the parking lot of Pizza Hut in Pittsfield, on the evening of the 10th. I can attest that it was incredible. That town is an absolute hub for big bucks and bowhunting. Everywhere we looked there were antlers sticking out of truck beds. Can't wait to get back next year!

That is OUTSTANDING, He will spread the word of how great our sport really is to everyone he tells. It just makes each of us hunt that much harder when you see something that incredible.
