one of my uncles just sent me these albino pics, what i thought was kool was that the rack of this buck was as white as the buck itself.of the ones i have seen before have had the regular brownish rack.interesting.....

Neat pics! I think that buck appears to be in velvet. This may be why his rack looks so white.

Those are awesome pictures. I agree with the velvet comment, that is what is making it white. However, I am not a wildlife biologist so take it for what it is worth.

With their lack of camoflauge, they stick out like the perverbial sore thumb....I'm always amazed albino's live as long as they do.

The Seneca army depot in NY has a whole herd of them. It is the largest known herd of albino deer in the US. That is one cool looking buck. Thanks for sharing the pic

a well known gentleman here in northern ill raises these deer and he has roughly 30-40 on his property at any given time.. are these illegal to shoot?

Hoytshooter4.... Here in Illinois they most certainly are ilegal to shoot.The pics look like north Wisconsin.Where I hunt in southern Illinois there are at least two albino deer within 5 miles,near where I hunt.

those are sweet i saw my first albino in the wild today, but it was a squirrel not a deer. i thought it was a lawn ornament until it moved!
