Hoag hunt

One X-mas present this year is a 4day hoag hunt. The question is it is in FEB. Any suggestions on a good pair of gloves that will not interfer with shooting my bow.
The hunt is a day in the stand a day of stalk a day in a blind. So the muff I have will work two of the 3 its the stalk I'm worried about.

Get a pair of "Glomitts".......those glove/mitten combos. They have fingerless gloves that you slip a mitten end over. When you want to shoot you can pull them back they usually have a small magnet or velcro patch to hold them out of he way.
Very warm.

Still trying to decide if you are hunting pigs or a big sandwich though?;)

Its kinned to the Gazorp. If I was hunting me up a hoag, I would have some steel reinforced gloves. Just kidding. Mossy Oak makes a pair of gloves that have air holes in them and a hole in the palm of the glove so that your release will slip through it. They are thin too check em out.

You haven't lived until you have eaten Hoag Lions!!! Butterfly those babies, marinade them in a mixture of soy sauce, worsh. sauce, olive oil and a bit of liquid smoke over night, then fire up the grill!! I just wish we still had Hoags here in my section of Ohio. About 10 years ago we had an outbreak of Hooth and Mouff disease and it pretty much wiped out the whole herd. It was so sad. Back then, NW Ohio was known as the hotbed of trophy Hoag hunting. One place actually had a sandwich named after it. Guys came from all over the world to try and get a famous Ohio Monster Hoag. As a matter of fact, Realtree Monster Hoags Vols. 2, 3, and 4 were all filmed within 25 miles of my house. And now..... not a Hoag in sight. It is sad, so very sad....[&:]
