Budbowhunter! Don't cheat yourself
I read in a thread that IA deer is only until Nov 30. I went to the IADNR site and the 30 Nov is combination bow/gun turkey. Deer goes through Dec 6th, then starts again the 23 Dec into Jan, also the late season you mentioned. You can also hunt bow during the second muzzleloader season to take another buck. Want to make sure you get your buck this year.

I will second this post. Bow season in Iowa for deer shuts down for shotgun season and then reopens for late muzzleloader season.
