Question on lumenocks

i think there has already been a thing about these but i have a question on them.

Since they are heavier do they make your arrow fly any differnt?

and has any one had any trouble with them?

They are indeed a little heavier, but I really doubt you'll notice much difference, especially under 40 yards.

RE: Question on lumenocks

they didnt effect my arrow flight. id highly recomend them for hunting. IMO they are priceless when it comes to KNOWING where that arrow hit. sure guys argue wraps and bright vanes work great...but nothing beat a lighted nock.

i also like them to see arrow flight at the range..you can see bad arrow flight(fish tailing ect) pretty good..

RE: Question on lumenocks

I have shot alot with the lumenocks. I am starting to notice that the metal tabs are starting to chew up the ends of my arrows. Other than that, they shoot the same as the other nocks.

RE: Question on lumenocks

Personally, I couldn't get the one I had to work right with my Axis arrows. A friend of mine uses them and they greatly aided in the recovery of this great buck last month. Evening hunt, no blood for 100 yards in a light rain. They saw the lumenock 100 yards away in the woods and he was hoping a buck was on the other end. It was. I am going to try them again in hopes they work for me.

RE: Question on lumenocks

A friend of mine used them and they didn't work. It effected his arrow flight, and never worked when the arrow went through a deer. The nocks lit up when he hit a target, but they never lit up (on three occasions) when they went through a deer.
