Are you serious? I ask because there was a "six point doe" thread on here this morning. If you are serious, and the "buck" had a penis then I have no idea. If there was a vagina, then it was because it was a doe with antlers.

About three years ago my dad shot one like that in november in northern wisconsin. It still had velvet on it and had a penis just also no nuts and thus didnt have the earge to rub the velvet off or to run does. Our best guess' werethey could of got ripped off on a fence or could of got bit off by a coyote or wolf that could have been trying to take it down but we never did know for sure just guess'.

It couldbe they never fully developed and decended. I've heard of that happening with humans. During the fetal stage they are up inside and decend as they develop.

I believe it is just called a "Stag". It will happen from time to time, when a Male is born without reproductive organs. When this happens the buck/male deer will, more often than not, have velvet on the antlers year round, why? I don't know. I had a friend in high school that shot one, and that is the explanation I got.
