RE: hunting land
We hunt about 1200 acres in Northeast Missouri. I keep my camper there all the time. It doesn't cost us anything to hunt the property. About 10 years we started at the Iowa state line heading south knocking on doors uintil we found these most wonderful folks in the world. We do however do some chores and have become the best of friends. We are very very fortunate. Let me tell you all this, I cherrish these people.

You can substantially lower your investment if you're lucky enough to stubble across some land that has mature treesready to be harvested. |
