HOYT SUPERTECH

Has anyone shot the new Hoyt Supertech with cam and a half system. I shot this bow at my local pro shop last week and all I could say was WOW. The bow was shooting 310 fps. with hunting weight arrows and it whisper quiet even without string silencers. If you have a pro shop around that carries these new bows shoot one for yourself I think you will agree.

I have and I do agree with you. The design and shooting characteristics of the bow make it hard to believe that it is shooting arrows that fast...but it is....

Yeah the bow is fast!! BUT, you knew that was coming, It should be for a 6in brace. I got to shoot the new hoyts about a month ago and the supertech was one of them. The one thing I did not like on it was the draw stop. There is no real valley in my opinion. It was uncomfortable to shoot. I shot it at 60lbs, 65lbs, and 70lbs. all three weights were not that great, as far as being able to settle in and concentrate on the shot. I felt more worried on how I was going to hold this bow back. The let off FELT heavy. Anyway that is one mans opinion. I was slightly impressed with the razortech. It had a longer braceheight and was pretty decent on speed. But this is coming from a TRUE BOWTECH fan. SO that is my two cents. :) I do have to give HOYT some credit for the new camo pattern.
