Nah.......he's been here for years.......we all know each other. The funny thing is you can see him on my wall from the backyard through my sliding glass doors and I swear sometimes the deer in the yard are looking at him wondering what the heck he is doing in here [8D]

There probably just looking in there hopeing the Spike Man Of Alkatraz will throw out some more corn.

And yet, if you were to let that small buck pass for a year or two and shootdoes instead, those mature deer would be there.
I think you are mistaking me for someone who cares.

I hunt deer...........not antlers.

This is just about as petty as it gets. The last time I checked, deer numbers across this nation were going up-not down. There are plenty of deer of all shapes and sizes for everyone. I just do not see why you all are threatened by the way others hunt and by what they hunt. For goodness sake, count your blessings! Many people cannot even make it into the woods to view birds yet alone deer. Be thankful for what you have. If you can, take the time to share it with others. Leave the rhetoric for the politicians

Gregh,

If you are that skilled as a hunter and mature bucks are everywhere, then I personally challenge you to hunt outside your own backyard. It seems you have enough time on your hands to do so. Prove us all wrong or prove us all right. The choice is yours…

This challenge goes for others as well.

Atlasman,

"I hunt deer...not horns"-Enough said. Let it go bud! Enjoy the rest of the season and many more to come.

Been there done that too only in 1970. In 1968 I was gun hunting in Vietnam for dangerous game.[8D]
I hope you didn't let them go and let them grow.

That's just it, a child is a child, 1.5 year old buck or teenager...unless he was firing back.

I sure would love to see the pictures of these archery bucks that add up to (wasn't it 400" of antlers????).

I've asked about 3 times, now....and the silence is deafening. Let's see 'em Germ??? Atlasman????

I also wan to know how to score them. Obviously I'm doing mine, wrong.

Dude, every mature buck that I've killed HAS been taken outside my backyard. If you want proof, please check out my gallery. If you have anymore insanely rediculous requests, don't be afraid to ask.[:-]
