the sts, use it or lose it?
 

Is the new sts all they make it out to be? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Not sure about the "new" sts, but I've had an STS on my bow for several months, don't have any string silencers on my string otherwise, and I really like what the STS does for my bow. I shoot a Mathews Legacy!

I put a STS on my bow a few months ago and it is staying right nwhere it is.

ARE YOU KIDDEN MEthe sts is the best accesory on both my bows,like he said,take your string silencers off you don`t need them any more,for short a/a bows its a must have,you`ll never have arm slap (or camo slap)unless youre shooting wrong,when the string gets to that point its done powering the arrow,all it does after that is throw the arrow of of its flight path,if you watch a shot in super slow mo. the string goes crazy flopping around after the point where your string orrigianally sits,it really cuts down on bow jump,hand shock,and noise.I WILL NEVER OWN A BOW WITHOUT AN STS
