I was wondering if I should go back to the stand that I was in this morning since I seen 3 does and a button buck. And the next question I have is shouuld i put up some scent this afternoon before I sit in the stand, and what kind should I use.

Ifthose deer had no clue you were there, I would say yeah hunt it. I would put on a drag rag with estrus and drag it to my stand and hang it on a nearby branch. A buck may smell your scent trail or the three does that were there earlier...

Easy killer, you gave it a whole 50 minutes on the day before thanksgiving.
You should be fine tosit in that stand, and scent isn't necessary but you can try it if you like... I would personally use a drag line crosswind to your stand.
