If your sure the arrow wasn;t in her when she walked off. I'd research the area of impact for the arrow. See if broadheads still in tact or in her leg! Hopefully it didn't break off in her, and cause an infection. Finding the arrow intact could help to ease your mind, and just a leg wound she should heal up fine.

Sh_t happens. It sounds like you waited for the perfect shot though. If it happened to me the way you described I could sleep at night even if she was never found. It's taking a sh_t shot that would bother me.

Don't know how good of a tracker you are but it must not have hit anything good if you didn't find any blood. ...unless it was high
