Perfect quartering away shot. I personally think that the quartering away shot is much deadlier than broadside, just for the fact that the arrow can hit more vital organs. Now with that said, you have to pick your spot correctly (aim for the exit hole) and you did that perfectly. Nice shot and congrats!

Wow! I've been using Muzzy's ever since I started hunting, but have never seen something like that![:-] Glad to see that he was downed quickly and in regards to the shot, for quartering away, that was some pretty good shot placement.

I thought that was a great idea, and sent an email to muzzy with my story and pics, and also sent a link to this forum article.

I'll post anything interestingI hear back from them, it may be a few days because I'm bound for PA rifle season next.
