what is a deer roar?
 
What is this,a deer roaring?Never heard that sound in the woods,i've seen plenty of deer grunting and bleating,two or more fighting at the same time,plenty of noise,but a deer roar,naw,next thing is a deer singing in the woods,lol

In all honesty I use the Madd version, and have not had much to experiment with it yet. But it seems like it is a grunt where the buck becomes overly excited and makes a sound like a growl or roar.

My dad has twice (before the call came out) came back to camp and claimed hearing bucks make a strange grunt that sounded like a hog almost. After seeing the videos he says thats same noise

Someone else can probably give you a more detailed definition of it.
