This is an interesting topic. I don't know if the guy is a scam artist or not. Two guys from Grand Rapids that hunt on some land that I also bowhunt on told me he was tipped off by Milo Hansen, and with the way Hansen acted when this deer was first harvested I have to wonder a little bit myself. This wasn't the first big deer that Mitch Rompala has harvested either. It's odd that he refused to have the skull x-rayed many have pointed the reasoning at Hansen for tipping him off, but at the same time it's kida odd that this whole contraversy has been hush hush ever since then. I know the locals up there believe it's real, and some have even came out and said they'd seen a big deer in that area that he was supposely harvested. I'm neutral on the topic. I wouldn't put it past him or Hansen to be a little shady over this buck.

1.Where is the Blood?

I see zero blood, a deer will always blows bloodout his nose on a D-lung shot. Where is the blood on the ground? Oh where oh where has the blood gone?
