does anyone have a page of when the rut starts and ends, im thinking prime time rutting will be going on this weekend in ny, but does anyone have the dates?

There are way to many factors to predict exact start and stop times. Hunt as much as you can during the month of November and you will be in the woods during some portion of the rut.

i wish i could hunt all november but i can only doe 2 days out of 7 if im lucky

In general it kicks off in Nov. and will run through Jan. depending on where you are. Up north the activity gets going sooner than down south. Photoperiodism is the key. They will start rutting all about the same time, but due to the heat in the south, the big bucks do not get moving as much as the Northern ones. Which in effect leaves more estrus does for the later months. That would be the reason for the rut going on longer in the South. OR at least that has been my experience.
