Deer chasing
 

Just curious if everyone else is seeing any chasing.. I seen some bucks on does hard today but pretty much everyone else around me has been saying the woods are dead for them..

I'm sure you all have story like this but I seen two does busting out of the woods today and behind them was a brute of a buck. What you would expect from an IL monster and I honestly had no idea that a buck this large was even on the property..

Of course he only had one thing on his mind and there was no stopping him. Just hope he makes it through the shotgun season so I can have another shot at him when he's not running like his you know what is on fire..

I saw a nice buck chasing a doe yesterday. He was all over her. He was busting left and right throwing mud from his hoofs. I saw them a quarter mile away runing right up the middle of field. They finally stopped about 50 yrds in front of me. I doe bleated trying to get the does to come my way. He wasn't having that, he started after her again. Another doe was with them trying to keep up. Today I saw a nice buck chasing a couple does right across the highway in front of me. No timber even around, the just kept running till out of sight. I have this week to try and get one. Then shot gun season starts.
