Where was the deer in question taken?

O im sorry, It was taken around Tonganoxie Kansas, Im not sure what county, but it is in the North Eastern part of the state.

Right, not saying your wrong but every year several World Records are rumored and none entered or make it. I'll be interested in more information if you get any, before that, doubt it, not you.

no, not until now, but I will keep an ear open. Kansas has a shot at it though, as well as here in IL.

Good God NO! It was NOT a world record!!!!!!!!!!!! It is an AWESOME buck and perhaps the STATE record but really not even close to the WORLD record. It was shot in the area you referenced....but it was on public ground in a remote area of Pennsylvania by a Penn native who currently lives in the midwest who was home on vacation to visit his terminal grandmother...and it green-scored 251 non typical. Make certain your facts are remotely close to accurate when you post something...dont' be CNN or MSN...thanks. No Richard...I'm quite clear about his post...and as far as I can see he doesn't have a single fact correct exempt his default username...once he does have ANYthing correct he is free to post it...but last I heard it was a Pennsylvania buck and if the poster is clear about things he could certainly agree...given a lick of sense.

My mistake jelen, I doubt serioslly that world record would ever come out of Penn. anyways. And we ALL agree, by seasons end there will be at least 3 other "world record" deer taken.
