alright i no i have done some dumb posts in the past but i need 150 facts about the whitetail deer/whitetail deer huntingbefore monday. i have 30 as of right now and i need ur help!!there is so much i need to know that i cant narrow it down....i would REALLY REALLY appriciate it if you guys could help me with as many facts as you can!:):)

Fact.
The male deer has antlers.
The female does not

Males loose their antlers each year.

A deer can see more than 300 degrees around itself.

Deer do not hibernate.

OK, now I'm stumped.:eek:

Venison tastes good:D, deer cant see colors, male whitetails are called bucks, and females does, bucks are typically larger then does, and now my head hurts.lol

Well your asking for alot of info for the short time you have but I'll try to inlighten you as much as I can , hope you'll excuse the long reply but just remember you asked for it.
When hunting the whitetailed deer at this time being close or in the rut it's best to set-up near doe bedding area's , weather you choose to hunt from a ground blind or treestand.
You gotta keep your body and hair sent free as possiable , shower with sent killer bar soap you can use it on your hair as well.
Make sure you spray your hunting clothes with some sent killing spray ,Sent Killer from Wildlife Reshearch works real good.
Now when your in the woods and your ready to hunt, make sure your in your stand or blind before first light andstay quite aspossiable.
Take a grunt call with you and use it every now and then not too loud and not too much other wise you'll just scare them off.
You might even try some rattling so take a pair of real shed antlers or a rattle bag but don't get carried away using it.
If your gonna use any type of sents during your hunt , I would just use some tarsel gland and doe in estrousand put it on a sent wick then hang it about 20 yards from where your stand or blind is.
