does a no moon effect deer like a full does?

i knowa full moon effects deer by making them move later in the day, or sometimes not at all during the day, does a no moon effect deer at all?

From my experiences, usually a new moon is the best time to hunt. The deer tend to move a lot during the morning and late evening. I have seen deer moving till about 11:00am and start moving again about 1 hour to 2 hours before sunset. But once the rut starts, the deer tend to move pretty much all the time.

just asLucius 111 said, I believe it's the best time to go out. Around here deer move early. I'm talking before rifle season started they were in the middle of open fields by 5:00 and sunset wasn't till 7:30. I have found that I must almost do a full day hunt out here to get them when they're moving by my stand.
