Blood Trails
 

This weekend I had some people up on my property. Friday night my neighbor shot a 9 pointer at 20 yards with a big gashe in his side. We had blod with in 10 feet. the blood trail was the best I ever saw. Then after about 70 yards it turned off. we looked all day Saturday and nothing.He showed up on camera Monday night. The picture was of the other side of the deer. So we couldn't see the shot.

The other one was Sunday night about 4:30 A buck we never got on film yet shows the guy shoots and we find good blood for 100+ yards and drops off to nothing.I think I saw the buck that moring and it looked like 140 10 pointer.We all had to work Monday so I went back out this Morning and I found blood 70+ yards past last blood.I did grid pattern and circles all day and came up empty.

Any thoughts could that still be kicking.

he could have just grazed him or something of that sort, flesch wounds will bleed good and those big brute's are tough!!
