Any Pa'ins goin to WV to do some rifle huntin?

Just wondering if any Pennsylvanians (since we own the forum) are headed over to our neighbor in 2 weeks to shoot some deer before our rifle season starts? This will be my first time goin to W.V I'm really excited.

not from Pa, but i live in Baltimore. I leave on friday the 17th for my week long hunt on our land in Hampshire County, WV.

i cant wait...i still have some bowhunting to do here in md...but i live for the week of hunting in wv i get each year.

I drive home to WV from work in PA everyday to hunt. Does that count?

I have hunted in WV the past 10 years, but will miss this year due to going to Colorado for elk. Good luck and hopefully your successful.

I might pick up my license and head down to Preston County for a morning or two later in the week, but I'm still not sure.

I have a small piece of land in Hampshire County as well. In "Rada" (close to Junction, between Romney & Burlington). How about your place?

our land is between Augusta and Slanesville, 8 miles from Romney. Do you live on your place or just have it for hunting? if not where do you live? My father and I are from baltimore.

....Live in Morgantown, WV (where WVU is). It's close to a 2 hour drive. Land is just used for hunting by me, and allow a farmer to pasture some of his cattle there. I only have a small place (but lots of hunting land around it connected)...would like to find another place with more land sometime...

Yes I am going to WV to rifle hunt. I was invited back to the camp that I went bowhunting at earlier this bow season. Monongalia County they said my lease pass is valid for the rest of the year on the consolidated coal property. I am taking my business partner with me. Seems he is starting to spark an interest in hunting after being around me so much. I really dont care if I get a deer or not, but would really like to see him get one.
