The woods were alive today
 

Man what a day. seen 4 bucks this morning. first was a very nice big 8 point that would not come out of the brush. had a three point walk by at 12 yards. had a spike come to the base of my tree and smell the tarp strap that holds my climber together for a couple minutes. that god for cover spray and a shower with the nonscented stuff. then had a buck with one spike come thru 4 different times on the same path with his nose down trying to pic up a doe's scent. I named him loose change because he is not quite a $buck and was everywhere. came back this evening and 35 minutes later guess who shows up. you guessed it loose change on the same path with nose to the ground. 1 hour latter seen a doe walking thru a water shed near where loose change was looking. no wonder he could not find her shes been hiding in a water shed. one hour latter a six point shows up dogging a doe chassing her everywhere. had six turkeys cruise thru. heard some jakes battleing in it out across the road.did not connect but man what an exciting day. just excited and had to get that out.:D

well at least somebody is getting some good action!
Hopefully with the full moon past us later this week should be good.

this past weekend durring the full moon i saw 21 deer including 2 nice bucks i do not understand how people say that deer just do not move. I agree that it can be toned down sometimes but i had alot of luck i saw 3 saturday evening 7 sunday morning and 11 sunday evening.
