my deer are scared of the sun
well in 3 weeks ive seen 1 doe, and it was spooked by something, this weekend was the best i have ever seen, 0 mph winds, and perfect temps, and not 1 deer, i cant belive there still nocturnal cause, theres rubs and scrapes everywhere i turn. but they just dont want to come out during the day.
Im starting to wonder will the rut ever start!!

if the deer dont want to move, make them. Try still hunting through your area. If you dont stalk well and all you do is spook deer, i can guarantee that any mature buck you kick off his bed will not be nocturnal for the next couple of days. Dont be affraid to get out of your stand when things are slow, it took me a long time to accept this. But sometimes you have to try and make things happen, and you might you suprise yourself.

the good thing is i know theres atleast 5 bucks in the area, and gun season is in 2 weeks, i just really want my first bow kill before its to late.
