Pics of Blood BEWARE UPDATED
Guys I shot a deer today at about 25 yards or so. I was walking out of my stand location. Anyway the height of the shot looked good but it seemed a little bit back on the deer. I could see the arrow still sticking out of the deer as it ran. Looked like 10 inches or so. Anyway I went over to the hit and found the whole arrow intact about 15 yards farther covered in blood, and there was a lot of blood on the ground. The blood is bright red. I looked to see if it headed toward the swamp for about 60 yards and then said I better pull out.
Here are some pics of the blood to give you an idea. |

RE: Pics of Blood BEWARE
couple hours it's cold out no problem their . what got me thinking is you seen the arrow in the deer and only 15 yards the arrow is intact on the ground ? I think a deep arrow would take alot to fall out longer then 15 yards . what kind of b/h are you useing ? expandables ?

RE: Pics of Blood BEWARE
how many hours should I give it?
|
RE: Pics of Blood BEWARE
If you have the time, give at least 4 hours, what's the difference if he's dead, he's not going anywhere, if he's not dead, you don't want to bump him. Looks /sounds like liver, give it time.
