One guy here does a base shoulder mount for $200, another starts $275. I had my pieballed button buck mounted for $500 full body mount. Took a squirrel over and paid $75 for it.

Here in the bootheel of Missouri I am giving $325 for my sons shoulder mount. 2 years ago a used a different Taxidermist and lets just say it left ALOT to be desired very unhappy but that is what you get when you try to help someone starting up.

$ 275.00 at my taxi. He does excellent work and the time frame just blows my mind. usualy around 3-4 months because he wants to have free time for shed hunting after the season.

It sounds like you guys are really happy with your taxidermist's work, I'd really like to see what some of the others look like across the country!
Mine charges $425 now, seems like they were all $300 not long ago!
Had my first deer mounted for $75, times sure have changed!
