how many scent wicks do you put out?
 

how many scents do you put out to attract deer and cover up your scent, i was thinkin of evenly spreading 4 of them out down wind from my stand at about 30 yards, to cover scent, bring in bucks, and will help me tell how far the deer is

can you reuse a scent wick after the liquid on it has dried, and put a diffrent scent on it?

I use to use them but I stopped a couple of years back! I'll make a mock scrape every now and then just to get em' goin!

I normally put out 4 of them, 3 of them in areas that I hope the deer will stop and smell to enable me to get a broadside shot. I normally take the 4th one, which I tie to my belt and let drag behind me on the walk in, and that one goes up the tree with me to further dispense the scent. I use the felt key wicks and I wash them every time I wash my hunting clothes.
