Default Finger or Knuckle?

Do you put your finger tip on the trigger or do you use the first knuckle?

Actually neither. I try to get my trigger farther back to my second knuckle, it helps when using proper back tension to fire the release, and helps eliminate "punching" the trigger.

Another vote for the second knuckle. My short n sweet trigger fist perfectly right there. I don't actually pull the trigger, it's more of a "curling" my finger.
