Big MA BUCK
 

My friend shot this buck in Mass the other day.

The Buck has a 21" Spread
Main beams are 25" and 23.5"
The antler circumference between the G2 & G3 is 9"
Bases are 6"
Brow tines are 10" & 8.5 "

Buck was shot in central MA with a recurve, and a 4 blade Muzzy 125 Grain at 8 yards. He made the shot from the ground. he's getting it green scored later today...any guesses on what it will score?

Yea I posted this on Archery Talk for some feedback.

AVERY reputable sourcegreen scored in the low 190's and very likely will break the state record.

It's crazy, he's going bannana's.

WOW thats a monster deer,, some of these guys need to practice on there scoring ,if he doesnt go close to 190 to 200 ill kiss all yas asses,and i hadnt got to quess.just look at the mass on the main beams all the way out to the ends,,long tines man hes got it all .hes atrue trophy anywhere you go. and my hats off to your buddy for taking him with a recurve thats awsome..

Tell your friend great work on the buck of a lifetime. I go nuts when i shoot 100 inch deer, i couldnt imagine what i would do if i shot something like that.

I couldn't care less what he scores, but holy CRAP that's a big deer! Nice work to your buddy with a recurve! I am in awe of that deer... I'd never make a shot on that, I'd fall out of my stand first!

Lots of Character in that deer. I say upwards of 170". He'll go Boone & Crockett.

Nice to have MA represented. Was it shot in Sterling? I heard a huge buck that weighted 211lbs was shot there.

I was there for the official green scoring last night.

185 as a typical, and over 195 as a non typical. Official dry score will be done in late december.He is going to enter it as a Boone and Crockett typical state record. Stay tuned forall thenews clips. Amazing animal. Congrats again Paul!
