By that road sign in the background, I can tell that the picture was taken in Pennsylvania. I can also say that something like that doesn't surprise me there.....

It was alive
Must have been a pet,notice the orange harness.Was standing between the driver and his wife just checking things out.
I dont want the guy getting in trouble so I erased his face .
