Making a rattle bag ?

I was thinking .

Most rattle bags don't sound right , at least to me

I have a bunch of small or miss shaped racks laying around
Could I cut several of them up and use the parts in a rattle bag .

Sure, I did that once. I prefer real antlers to tickle together tho.
