RE: What bow is the best to whitetail hunt?

Buy a bow, that you are comfortable with, try shooting different bows at your local archery shop, they wont mind (as long as you dont dry fire them). I personally wouldnt buy a parker. I've watched the limbs come off on several of them off the at full draw. I like my High Country Premier Force. I owned a jennings buckmaster 2000 and it was the quietest bow I ever bought. Smooth. And fairly fast. But the one I liked the most was the renegade. Fast, quiet, and light. Well around in my area Mathews Rules the Roost. The only mathews bows I really liked were the MQ-32's. Never shot a hoyt but the Vortec always appealed to my eye for some reason.

i know but wich should i buy???
If you are new to archery, you should buy the bow that fits YOU and your pocketbook. There is no such thing as one bow being a perfect fit for everyone. I shoot a Diamond Liberty, because it fits ME, and not because Joe Blow says it's the coolest thing to have. You CANNOT shoot accurately with a bow that does not fit you.

The best thing you can do is go to an archery pro shop and check out the different bows. You want something that you think feels good, not something the salesman thinks feels good.

When determining your draw length, some places get it too long. Decide whether you will shoot with or without a release aid, because it will effect your draw length. Also, when you do shoot, do it with a slight bend in your elbow. This reduces right/left movement and eases the stress placed on your shoulder and you won't whack your arm. You don't want to whack your arm because ifyou do you will NEVER forget it! Mine was black and blue for more than a week and it covered my entire forearm.

If you wantsomething reasonable look into, Fred Bear, PSE, Reflex, Jennings and Martin. Sticker shock seems to be a big problem these days. If price is not an issue, look into Hoyt, Bowtech, Diamond, Elite, Mathews.

Thats like asking what kind of woman is best. Blondes, brunettes, redheads, skinny, busty, rich, skanky?

I don't know man. That question is impossible to answer. Get the one that shoots best for you.

Oneida hands down. It has some great advantages over the others.
