Heck taz, if you are just a year into deer hunting , you are a pretty fast learner. Nothing wrong with your set up , thats for sure.

Cover is good. Not moving and using camo does the trick just fine for me though

Well I think I have the right spot- My dad uses my treestand on the nights whenI have EMT classes and he had a nice 8 point buck 10 yards away the other night- He drew back and held his bow back for 5 minutes waiting for this thing to move out from behind a sapling tree...He never moved in those 5 minutes, only looked around and ate. He finally spun around and took off up the hill..he never seen my dad so he should be back. The funny thing is my dad was using his CHROME Bowtech and the thing never even looked up at him.

So the next day my dad and I went and cut that sapling tree down! haha
