Armadillo's and deer

How many of you shoot these fellas while on the stand or find that when there are around the deer are not.. I have noticed that here in Alabama when the armadillo's are out the deer seam to stay away. any one Else find the same thing or is it more of a coincidence.

I've not noticed it, but as far as I know, an armadillo is never alive. I mean...the only evidence of it that I've seen is them lying dead on the highway..:D[8D]

I've declare war on them, though. They are absolutely ripping up our clover plots.

I have seen 5 or 6 live armadillos. I saw one at night digging holes is a food plot but the others I've seen in the woods. They make heck of a racket. I don't shoot them but after seeing one of them rip up that food plot, I may peg a few.
