Nice buck, I would definatley take him if he presents a shot this season. However looks like a young deer could be a brute next year.

Thats an awesome 9. Looks to be 3.5. Could be a massive 2.5 though. He has great heigth and spread, but not that much mass. Should gross close to 150.

wow! you really think 150? i was guessing about 122, w/ about a 15.5-16" inside spread. i like your guess much better though. would love to hear more opinions. thanks for the replies so far.

3.5 years old, about 140 gross. Everything looks good but he will fill out in all areas (body and antlers) in another year.
Depending on the # of other good bucks around he may be worth taking if you have a good shot.

I agree with titleist, my guess would have been around 145 gross. He is more than likely a 3.5 year old. If he's 2.5 (wow). I wouldn't say older b/c there is little belly sag and the face appears young. Definitely a shooter buck to me. Good luck on getting him.

There is no way that deer would ever go 160 i think he is about 130 maybe 135. and looks to be 3.5 years old. give him some time he should improve a bunch for next year

A deers ears measure roughly 16-17 inches tip to tip. Look at your picture, that bucks antlers are clearly outside the ears and the ears are lying outstretched. That bucks inside spread is roughly 18 if not 19. Outside he's over 21 inches.

I don't care what he scores, he's impressive at 3.5 and I wouldn't hesitate. That's me, he'd be my best, someone else better than myself could let him grow, more power to you..LOL I'd be shaking in my camo.

Looks to me like a Texas deer, which is hard for us midwesterners to judge, if this is indeed the case I'd say 125-130, with 15 1/2 " spread. Nice deer, needs a year or two though

I agree also. I was gonna say 135'ish. Awesome deer, I would'nt hesitate to take him either, but I would love to see him next year. He just might be a booner!

Just my 2 cents worth. I say about 135 inches. But its a real beauty.
