Are you sure that is from poison ivy and not from something else...maybe a shot of penicillian would help...J/K man.

This is an old remedy that was passed down to me and it helps. Weed eating or putting up tree stands I always shower afterwards using lye soap. Haven't had any problems the last four years with posion oak or ivy. Hope this helps but its not a cure all for everybody.

I've rolled around in the stuff without an adverse reaction.
