RE: Nice Rack Buck- Need You Help to Estimate Spread

My estimate by looking at the distances from what I can see is maybe 17-19 inches inside. A better pic would be nice though. Also Union, many of us have been here since this site was launched and have as much if not moreknowledge in deer & deer hunting as some of the pros. You came on this site wanting advice and some of us gave you a resonable answer and some didnt, that maybe because the picture you posted was not well enough for posting. It looks like you may need to get some of your own knowledge on how to place cameras so when the cam takes a pic youre not right ontop of the deer. Or try moving the camera down 6-8 inches on the tree. Also many cameras recomend you angle the camera down slightly for better photo taking.I beleive there is a section on here that deals with game cams. Someone correct me if Im wrong please. Ifnot, more than 90% of us here own cameras and are more than happy to help you out in placement, height, care, etc. Personally id like to see some better pics of the buck that you shared with us. Im sure hes a nice looking buck, but without seeing more of the rack its hard to get a good judgement. Good luck and have fun at this site, thats what were all about. Experiment with your camera a bit.
