I chrono'd mine today for the first time...my arrow weight and field tip combined is 461 grains. Shooting my setup with that arrow weight is 258 fps.

The bowshop owner dropped to a lighter arrow and shot 288 with my bow. I could get about 30 fps faster with lighter arrows...

Honestly, it don't bother me a bit.

28.5 draw. grain weight is about 10 grains over min. arrow weight for an AR34 ???(sorry can not remember), peep loop and 2 string silencers on the string, 70 lbs pull
278 fps
IBO 310-318???

Hoyt Trykon 29 in. at 70# beman black max 340 arrows 100 gr. tips i think there about 430 gr. never chronoed it with these arrows. i have a tube peep 2 string leeches, nock,loop. i think its around 270 to 285 thats good for me.

Hoyt Trykon @ 29" draw with string loop, peep, and 2 string silencers shooting Easton Axis 340s with 100gr tips (419 grains total weight) - 272fps.
