First 4 arrows of 2006
It seems that taking some time off from shooting aint such a bad thing. I had shoulder surgery in March ,so per doctors orders I got the bow out for the first time today. My first two arrows were from 10 yards just to make sure the body functions were all good. Then I moved out to 30 yards and shot my first group of the year. I took the pic with my cell phone so the quality isn't the best.

Life is good BOW, welcome back again. Once you have the mechanics and the mind, you just need to strengthen the muscles remembering shooting a bow is mostyl mental. Welcome home.

A few years back I had my shoulder worked on as well. The first season after I had some discomfort so I was only able to shoot a couple arrows a day. The following year I was back shooting all the time. I've been through it all as well and it is such a good feeling when you get back to shooting tight groups.
