I keep cedar shavings in my bow case.

Honestly, I don't do much as far as scent removal on my bow. I do keep some baking soda in my bow case but otherwise I might spray the grip every now and then with scent killer. That's about it.

I will spray the bow handle and limbs. Not the strings and cams, and never my rifles, except the fore end and cheek area of the stock.

I don't think it's as big a deal as clothing and fabrics.I just don't think the hard surfaces like a bow can absorb/hold odors as cloth does.Hunt down wind and up high.
